Celisse by Dana c1982

Celisse by Dana: launched in 1982. It was named Celisse  because the company thought it was romantic-sounding, and, most important, a name that everyone could pronounce.




Fate of the Fragrance:


So what does it smell like? It is classified as a woody chypre fragrance for women. It is described as a woody chypre blended with a fresh bouquet of white flowers dramatically set against a background of rich oriental tones, with vibrant yet subtle green, mossy forest notes.
  • Top notes: bergamot, lily of the valley, neroli
  • Middle notes: jasmine, gardenia, orange blossom, ylang ylang, spices
  • Base notes: oakmoss, amber, musk, labdanum, tonka bean, sandalwood, vanilla, vetiver

It was available in the following forms:

  • 1/5 oz Parfum Purse Natural Spray
  • 1.5 oz Eau de Parfum Splash
  • 0.5 oz Eau de Parfum Purse Spray

  • 8 oz Perfumed Body Lotion


Fate of the Fragrance:


Discontinued in 1986.
